Where's my free version gone?

I can't download my PDF files as of a few days ago. It only gives me a choice of purchasing the premium version. When I try to x out of that option, it just goes back to home. Does not download the file to rrad or to print? What gives?

To better assist you, could you please let us know what happens when you attempt to download the PDF file? If you encounter any error messages, kindly share a screenshot. This will help us understand the issue more clearly.

Please also check if the problem occurs with just this specific PDF file or if it happens with all PDF files. Try downloading a different PDF file to see if that resolves the issue.

Additionally, could you provide the following details?

Device Information: What is the make and model of your mobile device?
Operating System: Which version of the operating system is your device running?
App Version: What version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile app are you using? You can find this by tapping on the profile icon and selecting “About Adobe Acrobat.”

We also recommend ensuring that your app is updated to the latest version (24.08.00). You can update it through the Play Store (for Android devices) or the App Store (for iOS devices). After updating, please reboot your device and see if that helps.
