White screen adobe pro iPad

Some documents in my cloud won't open using iPad acrobat pro. It shows a white screen. Note if I choose a different document, it will work. This problem occurs only on iPad acrobat pro. Using acrobat for iMac shows no problem with that document.

Thanks for providing the details. As you have mentioned that you are getting a white screen while opening some files on iPad with Acrobat Reader mobile. Would you mind sharing below details to understand the issue better:

  1. Version of the IOS?
  2. If possible, please attach the file so we can check on our end.
  3. Version of the Acrobat Reader mobile?
