Paid for upgrade so can convert pdf to excel format using my notebook to do. My phone can do it (convert), when I open on my notebook it wants me to buy or free trial??? Doing My head in

If you have a subscription to Acrobat Pro DC, you can use the same login on your laptop and tablet.

However, if you have a mobile subscription, i.e., Acrobat Premium, it is specific to mobile devices or tablets and cannot be used on your laptop.

 

If you plan on only using the account for viewing on your laptop, then you are free to do so, but the tools will not be available.
