Why acrobat is fail read aloud TELUGU LANGUAGE Pdf file, I had taken 1 years subscriptionsubscription for TELUGU LANGUAGE Pdf for read aloud, but I upset, very disappointed.please please solve my issue

To help us find out what is happening, could you please share the following:

• Whether you are using Acrobat Reader on iOS or Android, with your device model and OS version.

• The version of the Acrobat Reader app you have installed.

• What happens when you start Read Aloud (no sound, an error message, or the wrong pronunciation).

• Whether you can select and copy the Telugu text in the PDF, or whether it is a scanned document.

• Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check

If you are on Android, you may try the following steps: go to Settings > Accessibility > Text-to-speech output and see whether a Telugu language option is available for your speech engine and see if that works.
