Why am I already subscribed and the app is not letting me use it it’s telling me I have to pay again when I already have not even 3 weeks ago

I’m already subscribed and the app still isn’t working it wants to me to pay again

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. 

     

    I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to track any active/paid subscription. Please log out of the application and re-login with the correct Adobe ID you have used to purchase the plan and see if that works.

    I tried that and it still isn’t working it’s giving me this notification

    Thanks for trying out the suggestion. Please try to restore the purchase, Tap on the Profile icon > Subscriptions > Restore Previous purchases and reboot the app and check.
