Shay, thanks for posting about your recent subscription commitments to this public discussion forum. I am sorry that you did not find more value in the services that you purchased. I can confirm that you have completed the cancellation process for the majority of the services that you utilized. Please see https://adobe.ly/4mXfsLO for more details about the fees that are applied when ending an annual commitment early. ^JW

Hey i have cancelled plans last month but just got charged again today. Double the usual price of my previous plan too. i cancelled before 14 days, I only have 1 account and made  payments for the month to month plan, so no commitment for yearly. I want to make sure i dont get charged again next month, is there a way i can make sure of this?

@i.k06 A refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased. For most plans, you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase. Learn if you get a refund when you cancel. Now, if you are a past user have used a trial versions and then cancel it, the company may not cancel it and charge you for the app. Because this post is from Acrobat Reader Mobile, this would mean you may have made the purchase on your mobile device may it be Google Play Store or Apple App store, you need to contact them directly. Adobe does not hav access to your accounts and billings.
