Why can I not download tax document from BSA Efiling with a adobe pro app?

Question

I need help downloading a tax document. I have supposedly the adobe pro app for ipad OS, that I pay to use. the government website gives me the message that I need the adobe a robot reader DC for Mac or windows in order to download their document .
is this not included in the adobe pro I bought? It takes me to the adobe website where they try and charge me again for a different version of something or other. Who can help me with this?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with viewing PDFs on Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Would you mind sharing the link with us here to investigate further for the root cause?

From the description above, it seems to me that the file's architecture requires the desktop version of the application for viewing.
