Why can't acrobat open a PDF ? 
( had problems signing in 

had to uninstall and reinstall 

and

 adobe SSL security issue error 
and

Could not sign in with Google

The operation couldn't be completed.

(Adobe Network Error Domain error 6.)

This sounds a little bit like an SSL problem on the device. Can you please double check the time and date on your device? I've seen cases where having a date too far into the past or future produces symptoms like you are describing. Additionally, please check the proxy settings in your Settings app. Can you please let us know whether you have a proxy configured? Thank you!
