Why can't I delete certain files?

Question

I'm trying to clean up my files and delete some. I select them and there's a check mark beside them but it says I can't delete "some files". But it doesn't explain why.

Hi @Donna29295890l3sd,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Do you see the logo of the location the file in saved? (The location icon would be just below the file name for every file without fail)

If the logo isn't there, the file has already been deleted or moved from the location.

What I suggest you in such a case is to clear the file name from the recent list.

Hope this helps. If this is not what you were looking for, please respond and we would troubleshoot further.
