Why can't I access a PDF file from my phone it says it's corrupt my phone is an Android

I hope you're doing great and sorry for the issue you're experiencing.

 

Could you please try to download the file internally and then open it directly from the local storage and check if it's still showing the error?

Also, is this issue file-specific or happening with every file you use?

 

Could you also help us with some details -

  1. OS version?
  2. Application version?
  3. A screenshot of the error message or a video of your workflow.

Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version.

I can't even bring the pay stub up you click on view/open and then it automatically loads it into a PDF and then you hit open on it and it sends me a message across my screen that is corrupt and it also sends another message to and I got a screenshot of that one I'll send it
