I'm not satisfied with the app if I pay for my app but can't use it on my Computer

We have checked that you have purchased the Acrobat Premium subscription on your Android device. Please note that this subscription is valid only for mobile applications and will not work with the desktop application.

You posted to Acrobat for Mobile, which is free. Reader for Mobile has an optional subscription to Premium, which includes some features — such as editing — as a special service for folks who do not have a desktop computer. Premium is only available on mobile.

Acrobat Reader for desktop (also free) does not have a Premium subscription.

If you want those features (and much more) on desktop, you need to subscribe to Acrobat Standard or Acrobat Pro. Here are the plans:
