Why did I get Charged

I did canceled right away

but how come after a month

why am I being charged?

well infact I canceled  within the next 24 hrs right after I downloaded the app

    Sorry for the inconvenience. As mentioned that you have been charged for a subscription, but we are not able to see any subscription under this email. 

    Do you have any other email that might be having the subscription active, please let us know in a private message? Also, please confirm if you are still being charged for the subscription amount?
