Why do save pdf keep crashing

Hello, I am getting tired of saving and not seeing all my days work. I have edited alot of information and saved, only to open the app again and I saw the app closing again due to a crash. Upon opening back the app, all my hours of saved work is gone, there should be a way to recover this as I cannot start all over again, is a total waste of my time

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience!

Was the file saved to Acrobat Cloud or on your internal storage? If on external storage, you should see a copy of the original file being created by Acrobat on which the editings should be saved.

Have you checked if opening the file from Acrobat directly shows the changes or is it the same?

Also, if you could share a screen recording of the exact workflow you are following which leads to the crash, along with a sample file where you experience this issue, would be great for us to test in-house and investigate.
