I have the free version and that's all I need but I keep getting these pop ups asking me to subscribe to premium or the app shuts if I open a pdf from downloads. How do I stop this?

Okay, I can't delete my previous message but I saw that Version 25.9.1.41495 was released, updated to that and the problem is now resolved. Thank you, Adobe.

I have an Adobe Pro DC subscription as part of my Adobe CC package and yet every time I open a pdf in Adobe reader for Android Version 25.9.0.41391, I'm hit with the pop up.

I already have premium access. Why are you bugging me with this incessant pop up? Please fix this.

Hi there

We are sorry to hear that. Please try to log out of the application, reboot the device once, and re-login with the correct Adobe ID and see if that works.

Let us know how it goes.

I followed your instructions to no avail. The pop-up still persists.

This is happening to me aswell. I have important documents i need to open and it keeps trying to make me buy the premium package or it doesn't let me open file.

Hi there

We are sorry to hear that.

Please share the make and model and the version of the OS and the Acrobat Reader mobile app you are using? Tap on Profile > About Adobe Acrobat. Also a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.

Also make sure that you are logged in with the correct Adobe ID and reboot the device once.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Would you mind sharing the make and model and the version of the OS and the Acrobat Reader mobile app you are using? Tap on Profile > About Adobe Acrobat. Also try updating the application from the Play store and reboot the device once and see if that works.
