Why don't any of the apps in my subscription work on my iPad?

All Adobe work on my iPhone. On my iPad itshows in my subscription list that I have a subscription. When I attempt to use premium features on iPad, it suggests I start a trial or subscribe to premium. None of the documents are syncing across the devices. I uninstalled, reinstalled, signed out and back in? Why isn't there someone from Adobe to help?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Try to restore your account using below given steps:

1. Tap on profile icon.

2. Tap on subscription.

3. Tap on restore purchase.

Unfortunately that does not work if you didn't purchase your subscription through the App Store. I get the error message "Restore Error. Unable to restore purchases. The operation couldn't be completed. (AdobeLicensingManagerErrorDomain error 11.) I purchased my subscription directly from the Adobe website.
