Why I cannot create a new PDF from my iPhone using the camera?it says that something got wrong occurred

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing. 

What is the workflow/steps you are taking to create the PDF? Are you trying to use the ‘New Scan’ option to create the PDF?  Please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for more clarity. 

Also please share the version of the Acrobat Mobile app and the OS you are using? Tap on the profile icon > About Acrobat and try updating the app to the latest version available on the App Store and reboot the device once.
