Why is it on the website version I have more options (podcast and interactive report icons) and not on my android phone?

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. I understand it’s frustrating that the podcast option you used before is no longer showing in the Acrobat Reader app on your Android phone, while the web version still shows it.

Features can appear in a different place in the mobile app than on the web. For the podcast option, on mobile, open your PDF, tap Options in the top menu, then choose Generate podcast. For more information, please check the steps in the help article: Create podcasts from PDFs in Acrobat on mobile.

If you don’t see it there, the generative AI features may be turned off in the app, please check the steps here to know more about turning off the generative AI  : Turn off generative AI features in Acrobat on mobile.

If it still doesn’t work, could you please share:

• The app version installed on your phone. Tap on the profile icon > About Acrobat Reader 

• Your phone model and Android version

• Whether you are signed in with the same Adobe ID as on the website

• Whether you see the podcast option when you open the options menu inside a PDF
