Why is it that files put on adobes cloud are regularly impossible to retrieve ? Sometimes impossible to delete ?

Thank you for your advice about the impossibility to delete a file. This could be a cause. But in my case it’s about a file I just opened in Acrobat.

On the other hand, I can’t get any explanation why files that I put on adobe’s cloud can’t be retrieved just when I connect to it elsewhere. There is only an error message saying that an error occurred ! I have this problem now for several years.

I will try in those cases to close (even kill) all acrobat applications that could still run on other devices. But why it does not work just because I changed connexion still surprises me.
