Why is my adobe so slow and spins when I click on an estimate sheet? It also won’t save the information that I just typed and will delete it. Thanks.

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing:

• Have you started experiencing this issue recently, or was it occurring earlier as well?

• What is the version of the Acrobat app and the OS you are using? Please try updating the Acrobat App to the latest version available on the App Store/Play Store and reboot the device once.

• Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

• Also, share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for more clarity and investigation.

Additionally, you may try to clear the app cache
On iPhone: go to Settings >General >iPhone Storage >Adobe Acrobat >Offload App (then reinstall).
On Android: go to Settings >Apps >Adobe Acrobat >Storage >Clear Cache. This often fixes slowness and spinning dramatically.
