I paid for a full year subscription which will end 2024 but it has been cancelled

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile's subscription.

 

Acrobat Premium subscription is managed by the Store from where you purchased, not Adobe. I suggest checking with Store support for a better resolution for why the subscription was canceled.
