Why isnt it opening pdfs from my email in adobe?

Why doesn't it show me the file I just tried to open from my email? It just opens up Adobe and the file is conveniently not there in adobe

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with using Acrobat Reader.

Would you mind letting us know the device you are using to open the file? Are you using the app on an iPhone or an Android device?

If you're on an iPhone, the PDF will open first in the Preview app, and then it needs to be shared to open with Acrobat Reader.

Please share a screen recording of the entire event to facilitate a better understanding and provide further assistance.
