Why was I charged immediately instead of a free trial, and how can I get a refund?

Hi, I need help with a subscription issue.

I downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader on my iPhone today and selected the 7-day free trial. However, I was charged for a monthly subscription immediately on the same day.

This was not intentional, as I only wanted to try the free trial.

Since this charge happened today and was unintended, I kindly request a refund or guidance on how to proceed.

    I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found that you have a Monthly commitment and Monthly billing plan (M2M), the 7 day free trial offer is available with the Annual commitment and Monthly billing plan. Hence you got charged on the very first day.

     

    Since the plan was purchased via Apple App Store, we do not have full access to it.
