Why was I charged immediately instead of a free trial, and how can I get a refund?
Hi, I need help with a subscription issue.
I downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader on my iPhone today and selected the 7-day free trial. However, I was charged for a monthly subscription immediately on the same day.
This was not intentional, as I only wanted to try the free trial.
Since this charge happened today and was unintended, I kindly request a refund or guidance on how to proceed.
