Hi @Bratgirl
Hope you are doing well, and sorry for the trouble.
A couple of things that could explain what happened:
1. Authorization hold vs. actual charge
When you sign up for a free trial with a credit/debit card, Adobe (and most subscription services) places a temporary authorization hold on your account to verify the card is valid. This isn't a real charge; it should disappear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank. Check your statement carefully to see if it shows as "pending."
2. Trial start date
The free trial clock starts from the moment you complete sign-up, not from when you first use the app. Double-check your confirmation email from Adobe, it will show your exact trial start and end dates, and when billing is scheduled to begin.
You may also try the steps below
iOS: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > find Adobe > check the trial end date shown there.
Android: Open Google Play > tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > find Adobe.
Next steps if you've genuinely been charged early:
Go to https://adobe.ly/4fvtD7Y and sign in.
Navigate to Plans & Payment > Billing History to see exactly what was charged and when.
If there's an unexpected charge, please go through the steps shared in the help article https://adobe.ly/3TSpow7
Let us know how it goes.
