Why won't adobe allow me sign my documents

Question

I am the one who prepared the document, however, it is not allowing me to sign it. It keeps giving me an error saying I need to clear the cache in my play store app, which I have done, although I don't see why it would matter. I'm very frustrated and already regretting this subscription.... not user friendly at all

Sorry for the delayed response. If you are still having trouble, would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?

1. If possible, could you share a screenshot of the issue?

2. Did you try on some other PDF, too? Is it giving the same error?

3. Application version?

Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version.
