Why won't my subscription activate

I just subscribed for the monthly rate of $14.99 and it still keeps telling me if I want to use certain features that I need to subscribe..…

 

I would like to access to what I have paid for please.

    Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.


    If you have just purchased the subscription, please give it some time to activate. After some time, please try again. If it still does not work, try signing out of the application. Then, try to sign in to the application manually using the option you used when logging in for the first time. Try using the Adobe ID login option instead of the other options, like Apple ID or Facebook, on the login page.


    Let us know if that does not help.
