Why wont my pdf convert to Pdf/x

Question

I am trying to make book covers using a mixture of canva and adobe. I am trying to convert the attached into PDF/X-1a I can't. Despite WASTING money on this app I don't seem to have access to the tools to do so. I can convert it from png to basic pdf, BUT ingramspark wants PDFX-1a and I CANT access the tools or the save as feature (which is how the internet said you are supposed to do it) is this because I am on a tablet?

Also despite the png being created in a digital medium this system thinks it is a scan... which it isn't.

ganz einfache Lösung den normalen PDF löschen und den PDF X hochladen, dann können sie alles ändern und ihre PDF kommen dann automatisch PDF X  an sie versandt. und das PRdogramm kostet sie nichts.
