Will not allow scan option with premium subscritions

I subscribed to the premium version and it will not allow me the scan option. It keeps telling me my phone number is invalid, even though I have already registered my number.

Hi Lauren, 

 

As asked, are you working with the Adobe Scan app or any other app for scanning?

We do see that you are a subscriber of Acrobat Premium subscription. As mentioned above, it seems that  app is asking for the mobile number for verification. Which seems to be isn't done. 

By any chance have you used a different phone number for the registration of Adobe account?
