Won’t let me edit even though I’ve paid

Question

I go to edit a document and it sends me to the try it free screen then says I already have this feature and sends me bk to the previous screen. Over and over again. What's going on?

Could you please try to switch the network on your device?

If you're using your Wi-Fi, please switch to cellular data and check if it works.

Are you logging in with your Apple ID or Adobe ID? Kindly try to log in with your Apple ID once.

Also, Try to restore your purchase with the help of this article: -

If the issue persists, could you help us with some details -

1. Application version.

2. Device name and version.

3. A screenshot or video of the workflow you're doing.
