When I tap on a PDF, the app opens and wants me to either reinstall or install Acrobat X. As long as this app is installed, there's no way to view a PDF

    Hi @jeann69385690,

     

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

     

    From the description, it looks like you are trying to open a government form or an XFA PDF file which are currently not supported on the mobile version of Acrobat Reader Mobile.

    These files require the desktop version of the application.

     

    If this does not clarify the point, please share a few more pieces of information for further investigation:

    1. The app version of Acrobat you are using (go to Profile-> About Adobe Acrobat);

    2. The Android version of the device you are using;

    3. A screenshot of the error you see;

    4. A sample file to test.
