Won’t save to Document Cloud

I have the premium subscription. I'm attempting to save a PDF from my phone to then Adobe Document Cloud. I get an error every time telling me it didn't save to the cloud. I've deleted the app and reuploaded it and still get the same message. How can I get this fixed so I can actually use the features I'm payin for?
