Hi Brenda,

Hope you are doing well.

As you have mentioned that you want to install Reader mobile application and want to connect it with the Go365 application. Would you mind sharing some more details to understand the issue better?

1. Is there an error while installing Reader mobile?

2. Please share the exact workflow in Go365 which requires you to use Reader mobile.

3. If possible, please share some screenshots of the issue?

To install Reader mobile here is a link you can refer to: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.adobe.reader&hl=en_IN&gl=US

Help document on Reader mobile: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/android/en/index.html

Let us know if you need any more information.

Thanks,

Harsh

Hi Brenda,

As you have mentioned that it asks to download Reader mobile even though you have it installed. It looks like this file can only be viewed on Acrobat Reader. To view the file you need to download the file first, once it is saved to your mobile's local storage then go to the location and manually open it in Acrobat Reader mobile.

Let us know if that works.

Thanks,

Harsh
