I purchased premium Adobe but it won't let me use it

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with using Acrobat Premium.

 

I checked the email address that you have registered on the community and could see a cancelled Acrobat Premium subscription. There were no traces of an active one.

 

If you have a different email account through which you made the purchase, feel free to write back, so we can investigate further. 

 

Meanwhile, here are some steps you can try:

If yes, try the below steps;

1. Log out from the application;

2. Restart the device;

3. Log in back to the application using the correct email address.
