Worst customer service both by Galaxy and Adobe
I downloaded Adobe acrobat on my Galaxy mobile and after a few days I saw my account is been charged with £7.69 for premium service that I never agreed. Money was taken without my permission from the card attached with my mobile pay.
I contacted Galaxy and they told me to contact Adobe and when I contacted Adobe they told me to contact Galaxy. None of them understood my problem. Now I am so frustrated and tired that I don't feel like using any Galaxy and Adobe applications. I will switch to Apple as the team of Galaxy and Adobe are there only to make money but not to assist their users.
