Wrong name associated with my adobe sign in... is not my name, have I been jacked?

Question

When I sign into my adobe with my only email address that I've had for over 16 years, I am welcomed by the name Mengezi. That's not my name, have I been hacked? How can this be fixed?

Hi Lindy,

We did check your Adobe account details in our system and found exactly same name as you have mentioned. Is it something you have noticed recently?

If this has happened all of the sudden and earlier you were able to see the correct name under your profile, then please do the following:

1- Follow the steps suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/edit-adobe-account-personal-profile.html/ and change correct your name on Adobe profile.

2- To make your account more secure, change the account password immediately. https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-or-reset-password.html

Track this activity, and if you still see same thing happened again. Please do let us know
