Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Can you try the below steps:

1. Open a document;

2. Click on the blue pen icon-> click Fill & Sign;

3. Click on Signature-> it will open the sign dialog-> click the minus sign on the right of the signature to remove it;

4. Click on add signature to create a new one.
