Ya pagué la aplicación por 1 año pero no me está dejando editar, ¿qué debo hacer?

Hope you are doing well, and thank you for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing. 

I have checked your Adobe account and am unable to track any active/paid plan. Please log out of the application and reboot the device once, and re-login with the same email that you have used on the App/Play Store to purchase the application, and see if that helps.
If it still doesn’t work, please share a copy of the confirmation email you must have received from Adobe after purchasing the subscription via App/Play Store, for further investigation.
