zoom problemfile

i cant zoom in some file when the file is in reading mode. How can i fix or may i compress the file

As mentioned that it is happening with some PDFs, could you share one of the PDFs with us to test the behavior?

Also, confirm the application version and OS name and version.

Make sure that the app is up to date.
