Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing? Are you trying to download the PDF file or the Acrobat Reader mobile application? A small video recording of the steps you are doing would be very helpful for more clarity.

 

If you are trying to view the PDF, please try to download it locally to your device and then try to open it via the Acrobat Raeder mobile application and see if that works.
