Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Are you using a corporate account for the application? If yes, it could be a setting enabled by your organization to make an authentication check on launch every time.

If not, I suggest checking with your manufacturer's support team, as your device cannot store the credentials you use to log in.
