アンインストールしてしまい、再度インストールしましたが、データがほぼ消えていました。復元方法を知りたいです。

Would you mind logging on to https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ and checking if the files are available there?

If yes, try logging in to the app with the same email address; the files should also appear there.

If this is not the case, please share a screen recording of the event for a better understanding and assistance.
