注釈を記入すると必ず競合ファイルができるようになってしまった

11/24夜から、Adobeクラウドストレージ上のpdfに注釈を記入した際に、必ず競合ファイルが出来てしまうようになりました。

他の端末でそのファイルを開いていないことを確認していますが、それでも競合ファイルが出来てしまいます。

他に同じような症状の方はいらっしゃりませんか？

同じ症状です。

iPadのAcrobatアプリでPDFに注釈を加えると、これまではそのままファイルが上書きされていたのが、突然「ファイル名（競合）」という別ファイルが作成されるようになりました。

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Would you mind sharing a few more pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you use (go to Home-> Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The iOS version of your device;

3. A screen recording of the issue happening (from the point of opening the file in Acrobat till the conflict file is created);

4. A sample file where you experienced the issue along with the conflict file to test in house.

This conflict ifile almost is created.

I discuss this forum because Japan support of Adobe is not aware this problem.
