Hi @Melodic_Whisper4087,

 

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with trying to use Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

I checked your account registered on the community and saw an active subscription for Acrobat Pro.

That being said, you should have direct access to premium features on your mobile app, too.

 

If that is not the case, I suggest logging in to https://adobe.ly/3HUmbXB and checking if you are able to use the tools there.

 

If yes, I suggest checking the email address you used to log in to the application. If it's the correct email, try signing out and back in.

 

If you still wish to proceed with the cancellation, do let us know, and we will move the thread to the concerned department.
