결제가 됐지만 이용이 불가능합니다. 환불받고싶어요.

결제 후 계속 로딩만 되고 결제처리가 안되서

인보이스도 확인해봤는데 인보이스도 오류가 나며 확인이 안됩니다.

몇시간을 헤메고 기달봤는데도 변화가 없어요.

 

당장 급해서 결제한건데 이용할 수 없게되어서 손해를 봤어요. 

이미 일이 끝나 당분간 또 포토샵을 이용할 일이 없을거같아요. 결제 취소해주세요.
