구독 취소 부탁드립니다.

Question

사용 안한지 2달정도 되서 구독 취소 하려고 하니까 월간 결제 였는데도 조기 취소료가 234300원이 되었고 그나마 있던 돈도 구독료로 나갔습니다. 지금 제가 사용하려는 금전이 여기로 다 나가서 돈이 없습니다. 최 근래에 퇴사도 했고 이직 준비를 하기 위해서 사용한 금액까지 썼기에 저는 수익이 일정하지 않으며 현 통장의 금액은 거의 1만원대를 넘기지 못하고 있습니다.

부탁드립니다. 이번에 결제된 금액만큼이라도 환불을 요청드립니다. 생활비입니다.
