구독 취소 요청 드립니다

Question

체험판을 사용해보려고 했는데 카드등록을 하라길래 체험판이 끝난후 결제되는 방식인줄 알았습니다

근데 바로 결제가 되고 취소하려는데 184000원이 결제됐는데 117000원만 환불이 된다는군요

어떻게 해야 전액환불이 가능한거죠?

@Colorful_teacher5208 If you purchased your subscription through a third-party provider (such as Apple, Google, or Microsoft), your account is managed by them, and their specific subscription and cancellation terms apply.
