안녕하세요..

 

구독을 취소했다고 했었는데

조금전에 결제 알림을 받고 구독이 취소 안된 것을 알았습니다.

일단 구독은 취소했는데

이미 결제된 구독료를 환불 받을 수 있을까요?

 

확인 부탁드립니다.

@Whimsical_artwork15B9 did you get a confirmation email from your third party vendor? After you submit your refund request, any follow-up emails regarding the refund status (approved or denied) will come from Apple or Google Play Support. Because the subscription was for a mobile app (on Android or iOS), your request for a refund must go through the platform where you purchased it (Apple or Google). Adobe cannot directly process the refund or cancellation for purchases made through a third-party store like Apple or Google. Both have their own refund policies (e.g., within 48 hours, or a short, specific window, depending on the reason)..
