모바일에서는 안열리는 현상( not on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets)

Hello, Administrator. Some of my PDF files open well on PC, but not on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. Do you know how I can solve this problem and what solutions are available? Thank you in advance for your response

안녕하세요 관리자님 일부 pdf파일이 pc에서는 잘 열리는데 모바일에서는 잘 안 열리는 현상이 발생합니다(핸드폰, 태블릿pc 포함) 관련하여 어떻게 문제를 해결 할 수 있을지 알 수 있을까요? 조치할 수 있는 방법은 뭘까요? 답변부탁드려요
