@mm_park4006 Just because you haven't used it since last year doesn't mean you get full refund. You need to 'cancel' the plan on your end. To get a refund from Adobe, you generally need to cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase. If you cancel within this timeframe, you'll receive a full refund. But since you said, I haven't used it since last year, it's well after 14 days, your payment is generally non-refundable, and your service will continue until the end of the billing period. https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
