오늘 자동 결제되어서 플랜취소를 했는데 수수료가 붙어서 돈이 들어오지 않습니다ㅠㅜ

하루 안에 취소해서 어도비를 한번도 사용하지 않았습니다. 환불해주세요. 저는 가난한 대학생이라 돈이 없습니다... 제발 환불 부탁드립니다..
