eSing Customer Document Creation

I what to sign with different customers with Adobe e-Sign from my web application.

I have unique Name, Address ... etc.

The document has to signed for both of sides : Customer and mine.

What the best way:

  1. Create widget from Adobe eSign interface and pass parameters to the document through API from my Application?

    (Didn`t find  how to pass attributes in my document)

  2. Create template from Adobe eSing API and pass parameters to the document through API from my Application?

     (Didn`t find  how to pass attributes in my document)

  3. Create document with all necessary fields, convert in PDF, upload with eSing API, and send through the authentication process with eSing API?

       (Didn`t find  how to create e-sing secificaton fields, wich will be recognized by the process)
